Computers in Libraries Objectives Participant will identify key aspects of change management including rationale for and responsibility for managing change Thorough review of a case study, participant will understand how to apply change management processes as they relate to the analysis and selection of technologies as a result of the creation of a new technology enhanced library. Participants will assess their own attitudes toward change and compare and contrast those attitudes towards the collective attitude of their specific organizations
