An area in transition…….. * Housing - 20,000+ new private houses * Social change - new school - civic centre - library - swimming pool, etc. * Economic change - incubation units - shopping centre * Transport links

But not all developments welcomed………

Two communities struggle for ‘decent’ facilities….but finally…. the desired outcome is now in sight!
