Creating the Coaches Clipboard Page Click on the Coaches Tab on the top of the MSHSL website Create a clipboard page by inserting an and password Enter name, sports and school where you coach Answer the remaining question regarding how you meet the state law. Only head coaches need to meet the State Law Varsity Assts., JV, B-Squad, Cheer Coaches and Fine Arts Coaches/Directors do not need to meet the State Law to coach in MN

Effective for the Fall of 2011 Coaches must complete all 4 chapters of the CER prior to having access to the Rules Interpretation Meeting A checkmark will appear in front of the link upon completion of that Chapter Once you begin a chapter you can stop and then return to it at a later time to complete The Rule Interpretation Meeting link will not be active until Chapters 1-4 are complete The Rule Interpretation Meeting will only be available during the dates listed under the link
