BRIEF ABOUT GURGAON CHAPTER: Gurgaon Chapter was established as a Satellite Chapter in Year With the due efforts of the members of the previous Managing Committees & the continued co-operation from the NIRC-ICSI, the Gurgaon Chapter presently enjoying the status of A-Grade Chapter. At present serving around 1000 members and around 2000 Students enrolled at Gurgaon Chapter. With an equitable mix of experienced & young self motivated and committed members in the Present Managing Committee (constituted for the period ), we are committed to take Gurgaon Chapter to a new heights. Gurgaon being the Industrial hub of Auto, IT & other Industries, the future of Gurgaon Chapter is quite promising, and motivate us to bring more visibility & pride to the Institute & the Chapter. Presently operating from Leased Premises at the heart of Gurgaon city.

CHAPTER’S CONTRIBUTION IN THE YEAR 2011: For Students:-  The Chapter has organized: S.No. Programme Nos. 1. ADP 6 2. TOP 1 3. MSOP 3 4. SIP 7 5.Career Awareness Programme 15

Student Registration: The Chapter with due co-operation from all its associates was able to get enrollment of the students under the following Programme: Foundation Program : 439 Nos. Executive Program : 372 Nos. Professional Program : 79 Nos. Placement: A Placement Cell was establised at Chapter for Members & Students. The chapter co-ordinated with the companies and was instrumental in getting placed 10 Nos. Students with different Corporates as Management Trainee. CHAPTER’S CONTRIBUTION IN THE YEAR 2011:

 Chapter has started accepting membership fees;  Conducted Full & Half Day Seminars for the up-gradation of the Members;  Conducted Study Circle Meetings on Quarterly Basis & Webcasted Full Day Seminars;  Organized Holi Millan Samaroh-A get together of Members;New Year Celebration for OCC students.  Organized a interactive workshop with on XBRL with KPMG. … Contd. CHAPTER’S CONTRIBUTION IN THE YEAR 2011: For Members:

Placement:-  The Chapter has set-up In-house Placement Cell for the Members;  The chapter also took initiative for placement of Members in the Industries. CSBF:-  Members contributed to Company Secretary Benevolent Funds (CSBF) through co-ordination of the Chapter.  Information & enrollment form for CSBF given in each program for Members. CHAPTER’S CONTRIBUTION IN THE YEAR 2011:

CHAPTER’S TARGETS FOR THE YEAR 2012 GURGAON CHAPTER OF NIRC OF ICSI proposes to conduct NMQ for the year 2012 National Management Quiz ( NMQ) EIRC level SIRC level WIRC Level NIRC level Chapter(s) level NMQ is Business Awareness, Corporate Governance, Ethics and General Administration based quiz.

SUPPORT REQUIRED FROM THE INSTITUTE:  To Provide the required manpower at the earliest as already sanctioned.  To enhance the budget for owning a Premises for Gurgaon Chapter;  To support Chapter with required infrastructure.  To Provide two competent persons on full time basis for supporting Accounts & Finance, Career Awareness, Academic and Members activities related to be undertaken by Gurgaon Chapter.
