What does pre-renovation require me to do? Distribute a lead pamphlet to owners and occupants prior to work Distribute notices for common areas Obtain confirmation documents Retain records for 3 years

What are the exceptions ? Lead abatement If the renovation disturbs: a. Less than 10% of an interior painted surface for a small component b. Less than 2 square feet of painted surfaces per room c. Less than 20 square feet of painted surfaces on a building exterior
