How do you drift into your book?

They’re just ordinary books. I pick them up, I read them, and I put them down. I engage in them. I think, I learn, and my knowledge thrives when I read books. Books give me more than just what is on the surface and beyond something to read. Books have many different uses. For example there are different ways of reading. People sometimes forget about these different ways of reading and all they think about is reading chapter books. People can read dictionaries to learn new words. People can read recipes in cookbooks when cooking meals. People can read music or musical notes when singing or playing an instrument. When you use up your old books instead of throwing them out why not use them for other purposes. For example books can hold down papers. Books can save you money, instead of buying a big rock as a paperweight.

Just use some books that you own at home to hold down papers. Books can also be used as a door holder. You can put a book that fits into the crack of the door and presto a door that stays open. Books can also be used as a design. Instead of shoving your old books into the bock of your closet, why not dust them off and display them on a shelf. Books play a big role in our lives so keep on using books!
