Meeting Days / Times / Places Open up calendar on gmail account and put in the current events going on Days: Times: Places: Label all we say on the calendar! Then save. Label all the events on the paper calendar as well.

Meeting Breakdown Weekly Meetings Meet with group leaders, complete assignments, check and monitor progress of organization, come up with new ideas, work on a total budget, decide whether fundraising should happen or not, send out mail and meet donators, make t-shirts, pins, mugs, etc. Fundraising Meetings Meet group leaders, decide on ways to fundraise, complete ws’, decide when/where/how/what/how much $, and basics of fundraising Workshop Meetings Meet group leaders, meet whole groups, have workshops on how to present, meet with people, what the aim of our group is, how to run it, how to fundraise, how to make a website / newsletters, etc.

Meeting Breakdown Journalists Club Meetings Decide on who to have as director, editor, chief of staff for the group, find places to get book published, gather different forms of art and literature that people will submit, put posters to encourage people to submit art/literature form of work, use graphic designing to design book, fundraise money for getting books published, etc. Tech Support Meetings Decide on how to make websites, social media accounts, materials needed, advertise, fundraise, send s to subscribers, answer questions people would have regarding access to website, etc. Social Activities Club Meetings (Wayfarers) Decide on ways to fundraise money by holding movie nights, or decide on where to go to as an incentive for team leaders, team members, whole organization, etc. Volunteering Meetings Decide on who to nominate, how to persuade people to join, who will be head adult to ask help from, budget, supplies, incentives, hold interviews for subscribers etc.
