2 The mission of Jesus Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
3 A Fruitful Mission Jesus ministry was very fruitful. It was much better than the one for John the Baptist. John said that Jesus must increase but he must decrease. This should be the drive of our service to the Lord, He must increase but we must decrease.
4 Going through the Mission There are times when God arranges miracles for us but there are other times when He makes us to go through it all. Do all things without murmurings and disputing:. Phil 2:13

6 The mission circumstances What can you do when you are tired, thirsty and hungry? Can you still seek the lost and do the will of God. Maintain your spirit’s composure!
7 The loneliness of the mission God knows how to arrange circumstances so that your mission can blossom in one day! He can use anything! Even a donkey to speak to you! A lonely sinner meets a lonely Saviour.A lonely sinner meets a lonely Saviour.
8 Our identity in the mission Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. 10 The message of the mission Here Jesus gave only three conditions for one to receive the gift of God. 1. You must know the gift of God. 2. He said if you knew who it was who was taking to you. 3. You could have asked for the gift
11 The Gift of God Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 What is your confidence? “are you greater than our father Jacob?”
13 Vanity of vanities Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: John 4:13
14 The demands of the mission But Jesus could not change the requirements of God even to a single woman. The order has always “repent and believe the gospel.”
15 The ultimate of the mission God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth John 4:23
16 The revelation of the mission This is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world. John 4:42
