This research mainly target to identify the significant relationship between management practices with safety culture that can influence the frequencies of workplace accidents in construction site. Using the triangulation method based on two instruments; the survey questionnaire and interview session, this research intends to gain in-depth knowledge of how management practices affects safety culture. Moreover, this research can be a base of guideline in safety management and maybe somehow used in the current safety legislation related to management and safety itself. Therefore, hopefully this research will bring as much as benefit it can give towards the implementation of safety at workplace specially construction site where the frequencies of accidents involving fatality are the highest. In other words, safety is as important as anything else and sometimes much more important. Efficiency and productivity alone does not put a certain organization at the peak of success, but how precious are life were considered. Every life is sacred, to protect it is not a one person job. It’s the combination of all sides that guarantee the success.
