Personal Development Planning Personal development planning (PDP) is ‘a structured and supported process undertaken by an individual to reflect upon their own learning, performance and / or achievement and to plan for their professional, educational and career development’ (QAA).

What you will Learn and Do Evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses and relate these to relevant models, such as learning styles Develop and set out personal and professional goals, that are informed by the models covered within the unit Evidence your learning and personal and professional development by gathering relevant material and presenting this in an appropriate form
