Brief introduction of NCC/BCC NCC was established in January, 1995 to provide climate related services and scientific researches.NCC was established in January, 1995 to provide climate related services and scientific researches. BCC (Beijing Climate Center : ) was setup in March 2003 based on NCC to extend NCC’s service domain.
