Grading Policy  Classwork/Homework: 40%  Test/Quizzes: 25%  Projects(S)/Product(s): 20%  Six Weeks Test: 15%

Supply List  Loose leaf paper  Pencils & pens (blue or black; no color ink pens)  2 inch 3 ring binder  Divider Tabs  Note: If there are any problems with obtaining any of these materials, please let me know immediately.

Expectations  All cell phones must be turn “off” & “non visible” before entering the classroom.  No IPODS, MP3 Players & Zune are not allowed in the classroom.  There will be no “Speaking Spanish”.  Students should respect the teacher at all times, “Give respect, to earn respect”.

Discipline Plan  3 Verbal Warnings  Teacher-student conference  Call to parent, possibly a parent conference  Referral

Procedures  Make-up work: Students will be given at least two school days for every day missed to complete any assignments or tests missed after an absence.  If there is an expected absence, notify the teacher prior to the date. Students will be provided with the lesson/assignment the next day.  Students shall be permitted to retake any major test that she has fail. With the exception of ACPs, within 5 school days of the failing grade. The higher score earned on either test will be recorded in the grade book & the lower score removed (not averaged together)  Most lab assignments cannot be made-up; however an alternate assignments will be given.
