Portaportal Internet Bookmaking Made Simple

To begin go to Portaportal.com and sign up for a free account.

The login in name you choose will also be the name visitors will use.

Go to your account and open the message from Portaportal. Follow the directions to activate your account.

Add categories Begin by clicking on the file folder with the + sign in the toolbox in the upper right hand corner of the page. Enter categories of your choice. You can go back and edit them at any time. To save click on “Add Categories”

Add links to each category When you're ready to add links click on the 'plus' icon in the category title. This will bring you to a page where you can enter links as well as associate them with names, descriptions, and icons. To edit your links click on the pencil in the category heading line.

Set preferences You can go to your preferences page and tailor the details of your portal to your taste. On the preferences page you can change the colors, layout, greetings and many other decorations. It’s also where you go to turn sharing on or off.
