FENIX – Partners

FENIX – The Riverside Youth Goes International The general objectives of the international co- operation project: Develop both local and international activity of the youth in the countryside Youth gets assistance in creating connections to young people in other countries Youth from participating areas will compare their village and its activities to villages in other participating areas Give to youth a chance to get acquainted with Leader action in local as well as in international level Give possibilities to find contacts that will last long after the project is finished

Actions and activities in FENIX - project The youth groups will... Create presentations, joint web-pages, Facebook- groups in the internet Make short films of their own area and their activities Participate in planning the contents of the three transnational events Take part in the transnational events Produce part of the program in the events Have more friends and...Have fun with other youth !!

What next in FENIX ? Event nr 3 in August 2011 > Estonian Jögevamaa => 4 days in Jögevamaa-area … 80 youth together from 3 countries / 4 areas 3th Fenix Event includes sightseeing tour in Jögeva and Tartto and workshops (the black smith art, singing, making traditional music instruments, etc.) + having the Final Fenix festival More youth films, presentations of areas, workshops… Planning started to the future actions / future project to

How administration cooperates? Every partner has Fenix-project of their own Riverside Partners is the Lead Partner of the Fenix projects All the details of cooperation are included in The joint agreement and Action plan of the FENIX- project Weekly contacts between project managers by or skype or facebook, etc. Steering group meetings when we have joint FENIX- events Joint web-page

The ”Future” Fenix => ? There are good will to continue this cooperation between partners and the Fenix youth groups are very keen on to continue cooperation and have joint meetings. Partners are situated by the rivers and lakes, have unique nature, they are a part of Baltic Sea region => Baltic Sea Strategy We will possibly can continue with Baltic Sea – theme and we will start to search more partners... The next project planning will start during The Baltic Youth Fenix – Leader project??
