COISTE CHONTAE AONTROMA League & C’Ship Other League Proposals  Entry Form with fifteen named players as a condition of entry to a league  Referee provided by each club taking part in leagues  Referees do not submit expenses, these are taken off refs reports and matched to ‘E ‘ Sport notification details ( No report no payment )  Agreement on changes to league regulations which would mean that a team would loose one point as well as being fined and two points are awarded to other team

COISTE CHONTAE AONTROMA Championship Proposals  These proposals are designed to link the championship to league positions and former championship performance  The Top four teams in both hurling and football will be seeded as per their league position and “additional Championship points” awarded for previous championship success.

COISTE CHONTAE AONTROMA Championship Proposals  Explanation of “ Additional Championship Points “  Winner gets 11 points, finalist gets 6 points, Semi- Finalist gets 3 and Qtr Finalist gets one point.  These points are added to League points to give a Championship seeding points status.  The rationale for this is not complicated and can be easily explained

COISTE CHONTAE AONTROMA Championship Proposals Hurling and Football  Senior Championship consists say of ten teams  Four seeded and six teams left  Then draw two matches ie four teams involved making two winners and two teams given byes.  Then 4 teams go into the last eight to be drawn against the seeded teams ( the seeds will not play each other ).  Straight draw then for semi finals  Any of these championships may start with more than 10 teams but always designed to end up with four teams to be drawn against the seeds.

A deadline date for receipt of entries will be published by CCC”  Only when the specific form for each club is received and accepted by the CCC, will the entry be processed and the club name entered into the appropriate league.  ENTRY FORM FOR ADMISSION TO ALL COUNTY LEAGUES 2008  Cumann ________________________ DIVISION ________________ Hurling / Football  Players Name Players Name English/Irish – Name 1 – 15 These entry forms will be provided electronically to each club by E mail.
