4.Resurrection: Act of rising from the dead or coming back to life. 5.Apostle: One of the early Christian leaders who started new churches. 6. Salvation: Being delivered or saved from sin, destruction, or evil

7.Persecute: To treat someone badly. 8.Martyr: Someone who is willing to die instead of giving up their beliefs.

9. Hierarchy: A group of people with different levels of power or authority. 10. Clergy: Leaders of the church. 11. Laity: Regular church members. 12. Pope: Head of the Catholic Church and Bishop of Rome.
