PPRD WEBSITE MANUAL

ABOUT THE WEBSITE  This website is by the people, for the people and of the people living in Pratham Paradise Society.  Website has been created to establish better communication among the society members and to display information related to society day to day life.

OPENING THE WEBSITE  Open your web browser (internet explorer, mozila fire fox or Google chrome) in your laptop, PC or Smartphone.  Type, in the address bar of the browser.  The below page will appear as HOME PAGE of the website.

For New Member Registration

NEW MEMBER  If you have not made an account earlier with the website, you are a new member.  Please click on “REGISTRATION” button on the page as shown above.  New page, as shown in next slide, will open for registration.

FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORM  Fill the details as asked in the form.  Username: It will be your “use name” during normal login, as shown on slide number-4.  enter your valid id. A confirmation link will be sent to this once you submit the form.  Unit Number: Select your unit number carefully, as it is a one time registration. The unit number is used inside website to identify your login.  Password: enter your password and remember it.  Confirm password: Repeat your password.

FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORM..  Submit the form by clicking “Submit” button on registration page.  On submitting the form, a confirmation link will be sent to your id (one which you used in the form)  Go to your inbox. Open the mail (sender will be “PPRD”)  Click on the confirmation link, to complete the registration.  A new page will open, confirming your registration.  You are Done with Registration.

LOGIN TO WEBSITE AND CONTENT  Open enter your “ username ” and “ password ” which you created during registration.  Click on “ Login ” button.  You are inside the Web Portal as shown in next slide.

DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF WEBSITE  There are nine (9) section of website as explained below:  24 Hours Help Line: here you will find day to day use urgent numbers for instant contact such as nearest doctor, police station, fire etc..  Polls and Results: in case of a decision is to be taken by all society members, pooling will be created for online voting system.  Complaint Box: Here you can add your complaint regarding society keep up. These complaint are automatically forwarded to admin of society for necessary action.

DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF WEBSITE…  Notice Board: Regular notice by society admin are posted in this section. Please check this section to keep yourself updated.  Book the Event: This section is used for online booking of the society amenities for personal functions etc.  Our Accounts : In this section society’s account is displayed for transparency of the operations.  Member Data Base : In this section, you can search the details of particular member of society. This will be useful to know each other better.

DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF WEBSITE…  Rules: Society general rules are posted in this section.  Suggestions: Here you can add your suggestions regarding society keep up, website etc. These Suggestions are automatically forwarded to admin of society for necessary action.
