Partner Share Many Renaissance artists used marble to make sculptures. What materials did Leonardo use to make his horse? The selection says that when Leonardo was young, his father took him to Florence, Italy, to study art. They may have gone to galleries. What kinds of art do you think they saw there? How do you think those galleries were different from galleries that you might visit today?
