The Middle Ages were between the times of 500 and 1500 A.D. It was a very tough time but could also be easy. The Feudal System was the earliest government, and as time went on kings built castles that could protect people from mystical creatures such as dragons. But sadly these castles could not protect the people from diseases such as Black Death. Some things have change from the Middle Ages to today, but one thing that changed most is the clothes because the clothes from then were very different for today’s clothing types. The Middle Ages must have been a very interesting time in which to live.

The Feudal System was developed after the Roman government. People were classed by the jobs they performed. The Kings were at the top of the feudal pyramid. The serfs were at the bottom and had no rights.

IN THE CASTLES LIVED A KING, HIS WIFE AND THEIR KIDS. CASTLES WERE BUILT TO SHOW POWER AND WEALTH. KNIGHTS WOULD GUARD THE CASTLES TO PROTECT THEIR KINGS’ LIVES. CASTLES HAD A ROOM CALLED A DUNGEON WHERE THEY WOULD HOLD CRIMINALS. CASTLES WERE VERY IMPORTANT IN THE MIDDLE AGES.

BLACK DEATH THE BLACK DEATH WAS VERY DANGEROUS DISEASE IN THE MIDDLE AGES. IT WAS CAUSED BY INFECTED RATS. IT COULD SPEARD AS FAST AS A COLD. WHEN PEOPLE HEARD ABOUT THE BLACK DEATH THEY WOULD FLEE THE COUNTRY “RING AROUND THE ROSIE POCKET FULL OF POSIE ASHES, ASHES WE ALL FALL DOWN”

Female dragons live alone until ready to meet their male. The dragons lay eggs because they are reptiles. It takes two years of nesting and two months to hatch out of the shell. The dragons live to be 1,500 years old.

Medieval time clothing was not really too different from ours now. We still use some of the same materials as they did in the Middle Ages. But their clothing was in a different style from today's clothes. Clothes were made my hand while today ours are made by machine

Conclusion The Middle Ages seem to be a very fascinating to many of people including me. The king, queen, and the people very high in the chain seem to be very high in fashion and were very classy. I think it would be awesome to have lived in the Middle Ages.
