Surprising modern and upscale isn't it Surprising modern and upscale isn't it... so how do you like the real Africa now? And......why aren't their rich helping their poor, instead of us ! Consistent unflattering media portrayals would have you to believe something entirely different... e.g. Africa is still some kind of wild, savage and untamed jungle. I wonder why that is? Ghana is a constitutional democracy but was once a military junta that had their ethnic cleansing and mass graves before 2004. The new government is considered "conservative" by any definition especially for Africa. Why should we be sending our tax dollars to these countries to refurbish their religious buildings, Mosques, to the tune of $777 billion.
