MY PASSION To be a social work would mean to world to me. I can help those from bad to good. Their problems with alcohol, child care and poverty can be fixed, I could help them get on the right path.

JOB DESCRIPITION A social worker is a type of person who is willing to help others with alcoholism, child care, poverty etc. They help improve the quality of life

WHY THIS CAREER? I want to make a difference in someone's life. I will be devoted to helping people function the best they can in their environment. I want them to feel comfortable in their living condition.

HOW MY PERSONALITY FITS I love to work with people. My type of personality is kind, helpful, I can handle stress well, good listener, I drive to help others, I'm very protective, intelligent, and practical.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY IS LIKE A. They can be specializing in fields of practice (child welfare, family services etc.) B. Interview clients individually in families or groups to figure out their situations and problems. C. Provide counsel and therapy to assist clients in developing skills D. Plan programs of assistance for clients. E. Investigate cases of child abuse or neglect, and possible remove the child(s)
