Well Aware is a free online and telephone information directory of health, wellbeing and community groups, organisations, activities and services there is a freephone helpline the Well Aware team will search for information for callers
8 categories – support round the home, home adaptions, mobility, personal health services, socialising, emotional support, learning & working, services for older people, people with disabilities Calendar of events – for registered users Information and Resources section – information for people with learning difficulties, mental health needs, low sight, dementia, links to other databases Text in 14 languages, words only, larger text and sound (browse aloud) Adding “how to…” guides
