G.M.Y.S. Statement With aboriginal peoples being one of the fastest demographic growing in north America today at a rate of 4 to1 over other cultures and ethnic backgrounds, and with few outlets available change is needed to lead a healthy lifestyle and give hope at a successful future, by giving the chance of expression and direction, with professional artists and role models Going M.I.L.E.S youth society is a program developed to ensure our youth get to experience the potential they have in themselves, to create and believe in seeing their thoughts, words, ideas come to life. Going miles youth society is a program that assists youth with positive self expression through the arts, this includes dance culture, theater arts and music. These are all part of healthy living and lifestyle that is racing like wildfire across the country, we give our kids the tools and opportunity to grow and learn form some of turtle island’s best!!. In a controlled and positive environment, Going Miles will give laughter acknowledgement and praise for positive attitudes and ideas, to ensure personal growth in our future leaders. We will go the extra mile, dedicated and focused, uniting and building bridges from community to community.
