HOW HAS APPLE INC. CHANGED THE WORLD? PRESENTATION MADE BY JACOB BLAKE

INTRODUCTION  Apple started with good ideas of like a computer then an iPod, but then they just keep wanting to evolve more and more.  With the iPod, they started with a non-touchscreen device with just a spinning wheel and a screen to move through songs. This iPod was thick so they made it thinner.  Now Apple Inc. has iPhones, MacBooks, and iPads which all have touchscreen and many other amazing features.

HOW HAS APPLE AFFECTED THIS WORLD?  Apple started on April 1st 1976, and their products were spread through almost the whole world by about  Once Apple had used the touchscreen in their devices it inspired the world to use it, such as Samsung and BlackBerry.  In my perspective, the aspect of this business that changed the world was touchscreen. Touchscreen is the cool thing of our time, but one day everything will have it. Touchscreen will be evolved into even something better but for today it was an amazing and cool invention.

IS THIS CHANGE LONG OR TEMPORARY?  This change is definitely long term because ever since Apple created their first technology, it was a hit throughout the world.  Nowadays Apple is all over the world and it is still evolving.  Also since it has already lasted for more than 30 years, it is longterm.

IN YOUR OPINION, IS THE CHANGE GOOD FOR SOCIETY OR NOT? HOW COULD IT BE MADE BETTER?  This change has advantages and disadvantages coming along with it.  The future is expected to have lots of technology and really high quality.  With all the new technology, kids get really demanding of every new device that comes out. Once they get their device they get lazy, addicted and unhealthy.  An advantage of the technology is that it is efficient, neat and quick.  I think that Apple is good in what they are doing and just keep improving.

FROM THE CHANGE YOU SELECTED MAY OTHER CHANGES COME IN THE FUTURE? EXPLAIN.  With the advance of Apple and touchscreen, I think one day there could be a transparent board (Iron Man) that you can right on and also maybe like holograms (Avatar) that can project themselves into air.  Touchscreen and 3D imaging may be a factor of creating these.
