7:10 – 2:45 Activities of your day (not necessarily in this order) Car rider line duty (AM and PM) Orientation, Front Office Aide Campus Safety Walks Assist in 1-2 of your student’s classrooms during your visit Assist Librarian Assist Teachers with Workroom processing Assist APs/Counselors with lunch duty Eat lunch with your student Take Picture with your student Complete a survey

Follow your schedule Wear your WD uniform and badge The front office is your go-to place Be smart – follow school behavior policies Be alert – If something doesn’t look right, report it Be a positive role model Limit personal use of cell phones Be Respectful at all times Only use front office restroom; never a student restroom Never be alone with a student Follow school confidentiality policy Always be visible to others Do not disrupt classes Do not use profanity, tobacco products nor possess any weapon Do not share religious nor political views Do not give or sell your Watch DOGS T-shirt to a non-volunteer

1-2 Safety Walks will take place on your schedule This is to promote safety by having extra sets of eyes around the building throughout the day. We see this as an important and valuable addition to this years program Some observations that should take place include: undocumented visitors, pests/insects/rodents, safe walkways, building appearance, locked doors, clear door exits, spills/litter, suspicious packages, and unsafe states of facilities or maintenance needs A Checklist will be provided to assist you in this task

We will be calling numbers in lots of 10 You may sign up for one calendar date per each of your students tonight Any additionally desired dates can be added at the end of the night or by contacting your grade-level schedule coordinator If you haven’t completed a registration/T-shirt form, please take this opportunity to complete AND RETURN it before you leave
