False Security and True Security “Fool” = one who is… “Without reason” “Lacking in commonsense awareness of reality” Everything is on loan from God Real security can only be found in that which can never be taken from us—our relationship with God
The Message For Us Life without God is meaningless True fulfillment in life can only come through a rich relationship with God Enjoy life in the context of that relationship
Keeping first things first A rich, close relationship with God
Four Principles to Take Away 1.It’s alright to have things, but recognize God’s ownership and our responsibility 2.Use our money for the glory of God and the good of others 3.Trust God to take care of us 4.Get our hearts right about money
