There is no any knowledge needed for this lesson. Be familiar with fundamental optimization methods could be a plus. Nevertheless, beginners are welcome! At the end of this lesson, you will have learned basic features to create mathematical model for optimization problem; to be able to pass mathematical model to modeling language system GAMS; to solve optimization problems in GAMS. This lesson will prepare you to use optimization solvers.
