NEW INCENTIVE RATE Incentive will be $0.75 per kWh/first year estimate. Equates to ~ $900 to $920/kW-AC for a well designed and installed system. We Energies will own the RECs for ten years. Eligible systems: grid-tied PV 1.5 to 100 kW-DC. Net metered – keep in mind 20 kW max to get retail rate for any excess; otherwise, other issues come into play. Load side connection. Incentive will be determined using the Focus on Energy estimate of annual kWh production.
