NEW ORLEANS & MEMPHIS The 2012 XHS Performing Arts Spring Break Trip

BACKGROUND & TOUR COMPANY: Xavier music ensembles travel every–other year (even years). 2012: New Orleans & Memphis 2010: The Bahamas 2008: San Francisco 2006: Disney World 2004: New York City The trip is NOT required, but is encouraged. This year, students will have the opportunity to perform AND do service. We use a very reputable student travel agency: Bob Rogers Travel.

DATES: The trip will occur during Spring Break The exact dates are: Departure: Monday, April 9 Arrive Home: Sunday, April 16

PERFORMANCES & SERVICE: Each group will be performing in New Orleans and at Graceland! There will be half a day in New Orleans where we will have the opportunity to complete a service project together. Details about this project will be shared as they are confirmed.

FRUIT SALE FUNDS: Fruit sale funds can be applied to the cost of this trip, so SELL FRUIT! This year’s fruit sale ends Friday, November 11. More information about the transfer process will be forthcoming.
