STRATEGIES  Increase the number of students that complete at least 70% of all courses with a “c or better” grade  New, 1 st time in college students seeking certificate/degree/transfer  Increase entrance into a program pathway by end of 2 nd semester & completion of a comprehensive Student Ed.
