 The European Commission presented draft legislation and future regulations in October 2011  Position Document of the Commission was drafted to draw up a Partnership Agreement and the programs in Slovakia for in 2012  Following the previous processes Slovak Government Resolutions have been adopted in 2013  Dynamic and still unfinished process of drafting as to legislation causes troubles in the harmonization of unaccomplished OP Milestones of OP Human Resources
