Parent Volunteers  Mandatory volunteer hours for all parents – minimum of 4 days by each couple (8 Single)  Scheduled dates will be communicated via before next week.  One week notice for cancellation  Please respond to the mail. Yes or No  Review task list prior to arrival, (Very Imp.)  Remain in touch with School Volunteer committee

Basic Duties Arrive min 45 mins before school starts Tables and Chairs have to be set up as per sketches provided. Control traffic during drop-off/pick-up Monitor Road Crossing by Parents /Children (No Jaywalking please) Announce Breaks (One Volunteer) At least one volunteer seated near each class Maintain Discipline, especially during breaks Clean up for Zuhr Community Center (separate jama’a to be conducted by one volunteer for girls)
