 Napoleon was born in 1769  He died in 1821 in the city of Ajaccio  His full birth name is Napoleon Bonaparte

 Napoleon had a basic elementary education  Later after that, he became involved in a military based college and learned his basic Military skills.  After he graduated college, he learned and trained to be an Artillery Officer.

 Napoleon fought many battles including the Battle of Toulon, Battle with Italy, Facing the counterrevolutionaries, and the Battle of Marengo.  He led the Coup of Brumaire and overthrew the Directory with his army along with several government members.  His final defeat was in the Battle of Waterloo in 1815 by the Duke of Wellington and was banished.

 Napoleon Bonaparte became emperor in December of 1804  He was very clever and bright as he ruled over France  But since he was only one man ruling one country and with his strict laws, he was considered a Tyrant.

 Napoleon came up with a brilliant plan to attack Italy and brought it to the Directory  Under the order of the Directory, he led a French army and attacked the Northern half of Italy  He has won the Battle and drove the Austrians out of Italy and over took that half of Italy

 Napoleon Supported the Jacobins  He also became an associate of Robespierre  After noticing the counterrevolutionaries, he then “led a force of government troops who put down a group of counterrevolutionaries in Paris.”  That event that took place made Napoleon Bonaparte known as a hero during and after the French Revolution.

 Napoleon later became a self-proclaimed emperor and presented the people of France what seemed to be security and order  He had great victories at the Battle of Marengo on June 14 th  He had also signed few treaties during his reign that brought forth some sort of peace  “On July 15, 1801, Napoleon signed the Concordat, which reestablished the Catholic Church in France.”  Lastly, He outstandingly improved France’s economy and became extremely popular among the French People.
