Format Your Paper First, divide your paper by drawing a series of stairs from the upper right corner to the lower left corner The left-hand side of the paper is the upstairs, representing the story’s mood The right-hand side of the paper is the downstairs, representing the story’s tone

Creating the Upstairs Side Upstairs side contains criteria representing the story’s mood  Two Citations Representing the mood of the story Must be at least two sentences long  Two Images Representing the mood of the story Must relate to citations  Two Brainstorms Representing the mood of the story Four (3 words or less) around each image.
