Do not read your PowerPoint slide to the audience.

Do not overload your slides with text.

Put the text you plan to say in the Notes pane. Notes pane

Print the Notes view to create attractive handouts.

Do not clutter your slide with unnecessary design elements.

Use subtle transitions to enhance your presentation but avoid audio effects.

Always plan ahead to prevent technical problems.

Pause the slide show instead of turning off the projector.

End with a custom slide to indicate that the presentation is over.
