BRAC Directives A.Application of AICUZ guidelines to rezoning decisions

BRAC Directives B.Condemnation / purchase of property or property rights in APZ 1 areas around Oceana Naval Air Station and expend no less than $15 million per year C.Implementation of the Joint Land Use Study

BRAC Directives D.Evaluate undeveloped properties for rezoning classifications in noise zone 70 dB DNL or greater that would be compatible zoning under AICUZ guidelines

BRAC Directives E.Develop a program to purchase development rights in the “Inter-facility Traffic Area.” F.Enact legislation creating the Oceana – Fentress Advisory Council
