Options for the Property

Option Development under current zoning 285 acres, zoned RU-4 Original proposal 400 homes Current proposal 95 homes

Option Private purchase of the property, with a conservation easement –No public access –TNC serves as interim or ultimate landowner

Option Purchase of property for stormwater recharge facilities to help the river, and/or open space –May or may not have public access, developed recreational facilities –Possible owners/land managers include: federal (BLM), County, TNC, other land trusts
