Purpose The development of the program for capacity indicators determination Tasks to analyze the principle of ATC sector capacity determination and the existed methodologies for capacity estimation and assessment; to develop an algorithm for the program modeling and create the program; to define the capacity indicators of the particular ATC sector with the help of developed program. 2

Capacity definition normative capacity maximum allowable capacity 3 Formulas that determine the number of aircraft that are provided with air traffic control service and the number of aircraft N, that are provided with air traffic control service in the ATC sector simultaneously: The values and N that are within K wrl = 0,55-0,64 are taken to calculate the normative capacity of ATC sectors. The values and N that are within K wrl = 0,65-0,7 are taken to calculate the maximum allowable capacity of ATC sectors., where

9 Conclusions The result of the Master`s Thesis performance is the developed program the aim of which is to determine an ATC sector capacity indicators. Benefits of this program: multiplatform structure; possibility to import the files with user`s own data, In future it may be extended in the following way: the addition of workload and conflict analysis functions; globalization; the improving of data entry system on the stage of the flight plan filling.

Recommendations analyzing the flight plan for a certain period of time the designed program allow to determine the capacity indicators for a definite real/new designed ATC sector; the program may be a good alternative to the complex programs (that are not usually in free access); the program may be used in the educational process to study the capacity indicators determination process. 11
