Corrections to The Call A complete list of corrections to The Call is available on the Academic Personnel website.

Clarifications to The Call Appraisal & Quinquennial Votes – Each eligible department member must vote on each possible outcome. For Appraisals the possible outcomes are: Positive, Qualified Positive and Negative. For Quinquennials the possible outcomes are: Satisfactory and Unsatisfactory.

Clarifications to The Call - continued 220 Process – This is in reference to APM j Preliminary Assessment Procedures. A procedural guideline is available on the Academic Personnel website. It serves to clarify and describe the 220 process. It will also be attached to the 220 response letter from APO for guidance.

Clarifications to The Call - continued Sabbatical Reports APM “Within ninety calendar days following return from leave, the recipient of a sabbatical leave shall submit to the Chancellor a concise report…The report shall become a part of the supporting materials submitted with any proposal for subsequent promotion or merit increase.” During the review period, sabbatical leave reports are: Not Due  On file and available upon request  Not on file (include explanation) 

Miscellaneous AP Issues Announcement Procedures 1. The administrative decision on the candidate’s file will continue to be communicated to the Chair through the Dean (Announcement Letter) 2. Additionally for positive outcomes, the candidate will receive a letter from the VPAP on the action including the new salary, no earlier than 10 days after the announcement. The Chair, Dean and Academic Senate are copied. 3. For negative outcomes, the candidate will also receive a letter (Reasons Letter) from the VPAP no earlier than 10 days after the announcement.
