Layout and Usage
Search Committee Presented the goals of: ▫ Determining 90% of the daily and weekly searches ▫Determine if we have the correct content in the CAMA Window
Search Committee We demonstrated Geoview and provided a feedback form through google docs for our users to request different searches We Determined the following Searches were needed: ▫Parcel ID ▫Deeded Name ▫Address ▫Status ▫Neighborhood There was still a need for a more advanced search
Search Committee We came up with the Advanced Search Tab:
Layers Version 1 ▫Cached Tax Map ▫Cached Aerial Photo ▫Land use ▫Building Footprints ▫Flood plain Version 2 ▫We have been able to accommodate a number of layers that have been requested by the appraisal team.
Development Components ▫Export to SQL nightly ▫ArcGIS Server ▫Pictometry IPA ▫Javascript ▫Tortoise SVN Production and Development version
Roll Out Beta Training
Beta We rolled out GeoView to our Beta Group Our beta group tested geoview We made a few changes to satisfy needs that were not handled in the initial beta version. We went a few weeks without requests we declared geoview production version 1
Application Testing
Stark Geoview
Training We then did training for the appraisers It was awesome.
Executive level support Once Stark Geoview was completed we had executive level support which directed employees to use Stark Geoview.
The Future We have discussed migrating Stark Geoview to the web app builder developer’s edition This would give us the ability update with out completely rewriting and allow us to leverage new updates that Esri publishes.
