Law Amendments 2013/14 Gloucestershire Football Association

Law 11 - Offside Means preventing an opponent from playing or being able to play the ball by obstructing the opponents line of vision or challenging an opponent for the ball. Interfering with an opponent

Law 11 - Offside Means playing a ball that rebounds or is deflected to him off the goalpost, crossbar or an opponent having been in offside position. Gaining an advantage by being in that position

Law 11 - Offside A player in an offside position receiving the ball from an opponent, who deliberately plays the ball (except from a deliberate save), is not considered to have gained an advantage. Gaining an advantage by being in that position

Goal Line Technology Can be used. Goalposts can be modified. Must comply with FIFA guidelines. Must notify the referee immediately. Must be included in competition rules. Now included in various sections of Law

Additional Assistant Referee Can be used. Must be included in competition rules. Duties agreed with the referee. The referees decision is final. Now included in Law
