Stem-Changing Verbs AKA, BOOT VERBS(changes only occur in the boot) almuerzo almorzamos almuerzas almorzáis almuerza almuerzan almorzar (o->ue) – to eat lunch

THE LETTERS IN PARENTHESIS MEAN THE VERBS ARE STEM CHANGERS!! All stem changing verbs have the same ENDINGS as regular verbs. -o-emos -es -éis -e-en-o-imos-es-ís -e-en-o-amos-as-áis -a-an GOOD NEWS!!!!

What do we do to the stem of a stem changer? We change the vowel in the middle of the stem to the letter(s) in parenthesis. EXAMPLE: 1.What is the stem? 2.Change the vowel to the new letter(s) 3.Conjugate like normal! J G A R (u->ue) U ue
