Workshop: Programme management organization in Lithuania

Discussion Where are the borders of your PMO? Do you all work within the same PMO? Take a flipchart paper and draw the structure of your PMO. Which organisations (or their parts) form together your PMO? Make sure your (part of a) unit is in the picture. Who are your legitimating authorities? Who within your PMO communicates with them? Who are your delivery partners? Who within your PMO communicates with them? 2

Discussion Who does what in your PMO? What does the primary processes in your PMO look like? What is your core business? What do you do personally? Is your job part of primary processes, support processes or regulating/controlling processes? In your PMO map, indicate, in which parts of your PMO the primary processes take place. 3

Discussion Clients and owners of your PMO? In an analogy to business, who are the clients of your PMO? In an analogy to business, who are the owners/shareholders of your PMO? If you are not involved in primary processes, who is your „internal client“? 4
