By: Gina El-Reedy Reality and Fiction

Primary Topic/Message What is fiction and what is reality? Where do we draw the line between the two? When can they intersect? My aim for this piece is to try and show the answers to these questions through the art.

Which of the three conceptual approaches or artistic genres that we have covered this semester does your project most closely relate? Give one example of an influential project you have seen of that genre. Montage + Advertising + Collage As far as which project influenced me one of them is probably The Lady in Gold by Gustav Klimt

What secondary approach or genre does your project take influence from (examples: painting, sculpture, graphic design, game design, anime)? Give one example of an influential project you have seen from that genre. Graphic design and drawing mostly Ben Heine does work similar to what I wish to make Heine-The-incredible-optical-illusions-created-artists-mix- pencil-camera.html Heine-The-incredible-optical-illusions-created-artists-mix- pencil-camera.html

Give three examples of emblems, images or other visual elements you are considering using in your work. sitting-on-a-swing-set-and-looking-at-a-shadow-figure-of-a- man-or-bully-at-a-playgrou.html sitting-on-a-swing-set-and-looking-at-a-shadow-figure-of-a- man-or-bully-at-a-playgrou.html sitting-on-the-rocks-and-watching-the-sea.html sitting-on-the-rocks-and-watching-the-sea.html ^depressed child sitting alone h1.jpg <2d simple line/pencil art imaginary objects h1.jpg
