These are self-executing “zip” files, and have a.exe extension. These self-executing zip files consist of compressed projects and their associated data. This data will extract to predetermined locations that will facilitate opening the project file. 2.Right-click on the file and choose “Save target as…”, saving it to a location that you have permission to and will be able to find again. 3.Open the file, and click the “Install” button without changing anything else. You may need administrator privileges to do this. You have to unzip the file before you can access any of your data. Note for GeoMedia users: If GeoMedia is not installed on the computer you’re using, two new folders, “GeoWorkspaces” and “Warehouses” will be created directly under your C: drive. Your data and project files will be extracted into these folders. Data
