2 SOLDIERS OF STEEL 2D BATTALION 46TH INFANTRY The Constitution of the United States We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. The activities of extremist organizations are inconsistant with the responsibilities of military service.

Any violation of regulations or breach of law and order Any activity likely to result in violence Organizing or leading such a group Participating in public rallies or demonstrations Violation of off-limit sanctions
