Preamble Whereas the Male’ Declaration on Tranboundary Air Pollution and its impact and prevention has been studied by the South Asian Youth, Whereas youth would wish to give their perspective in the process of air pollution both local and transboundary pollution based on identification of causes and impacts and Whereas the youth, being active and enthusiastic, creative, having innovative ideas; feel they have a role to play in promoting clean air in South Asia through their energies and the following set out with a goal of linking SAYEN Youth with the Male’
