2 MERCHANDISING – EXTRA SPACE ALLOTMENT SEASONAL LAYDOWN SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER!  Make an eye-catching display in the seasonal laydown space and use the following:  Towers  Lay Down Skid Space  Self Watering or Black Tables  HD will Partner with our in store service rep in advance for custom POGs to suit your stores potential and demographics!  Closer to the end of the event, consolidate remaining product in your permanent area in D28

3 Home Depot Responsibilities  Assist our service rep with merchandising, creating extra large pricing and feature signage  Keep area clean and tidy benches daily as they appear shopped  Water product 1-2 times per week  Cross merchandise displays with core attached product: soil, fertilizer, pottery etc… REP Responsibilities  Meet each delivery within 24 hours of delivery to merchandise  Monitor and maintain inventory levels on each visit  Display merchandising signage provided by Foliera
