Collaborative Restructuring & Incorporation of Stakeholder Feedback FCM manages energy activity in 124 buildings The fiscal 2013 projected energy expenditure is $43.2 million Average monthly energy cost is $3.6 million FCM pays over 1,638 individual electricity accounts each month CoGeneration plant provides: 1.1 million MMBTU’s of heating, cooling and electricity to 26 – 40 buildings on campus (depending on the utility) Forecasted Costs by Energy Commodity
