According to English ideas about the culture of tea to the table, regardless of time of day, always served several different types of tea, so that everyone could choose tea according to your personal preferences and mood. It is a manifestation of respect, which permeated the whole ritual of English tea.

The selected tea is brewed in clean individual boiling water kettle, even if the tea teabags. Tea, regardless of class, shall it stand for about 3-5 minutes, or tea does not disclose all of its advantages.

The national tradition of drinking tea in Britain is in the early 1840's, thanks to Anna, the 7th Duchess Betfort. Anna could terribly hungry between lunch and dinner, which is not served before 8: o'clock in the evening. Then she had served her for a Cup of tea with bread and butter, cakes and biscuits. Soon, this tradition became fashionable among the privileged class and became an integral part of Victorian Britain.
